We know how difficult the first step in a new journey can be—and for those seeking help, it is often the most difficult of first steps. This is why we have simplified our admissions process as much as possible—as easy to remember as R-T-C:

Call us to be connected to a member of our admissions. Our admissions team will help you place your client, your loved one, or yourself, in the treatment setting that best suits, whether at Resilience or elsewhere—free of charge. We respect your privacy, so, of course, your call is completely confidential. We work with all out-of-network insurance providers to ensure a smooth and easy admissions process.
When you reach out to us, a member of our admissions team will be there to answer your questions, help direct you through our admissions process, and get you connected to the right resources. After an initial evaluation, your admissions coordinator will put you in touch with a member of our clinical team, who will conduct a more thorough assessment (and review any necessary supporting documentation) in order to determine the suite of services and level of care that best meets your needs. Your admissions coordinator will stay in contact with you throughout the process, in order to ensure continuity of care and appropriateness of placement.
If you are admitted to Resilience, you can relax. Your admissions coordinator will provide you with travel information (including what to bring) and if necessary, help make arrangements for transportation to our facility.
Upon Check In, every client undergoes a thorough medical and neuropsychological screening, to determine specific ability to participate in, and be benefited by, our program. This is to ensure that Resilience Treatment Center is the most appropriate and beneficial environment to encourage your success.
