Does insurance cover my treatment at Resilience?
At Resilience Treatment Center we make it our priority to ensure that your therapeutic needs are met. As such, the Utilization Review department works tirelessly to obtain prior authorization for coverage from client’s insurers. Authorizations are obtained in advance of treatment and on an ongoing basis– leaving each day of treatment accounted for by a client’s insurance. Depending on your insurance, continuing authorizations are generally granted in 5-10 day intervals and are dependent upon many factors including a client’s progress in treatment, treatment plan and ongoing symptoms. In the event that a client’s insurance suggests a step-down or denies care, Resilience’s Clinical and Utilization Review team will work with a client to find the appropriate and necessary next steps in their treatment.
How long can I expect to stay at Resilience?
Treatment length varies considerably by diagnosis, symptoms, insurance and level of care. At Resilience, we typically aim for clients to program at our Residential program for 30 days, Partial Hospitalization (PHP) for 4-6 weeks and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) for 6-8 weeks. Over the course of treatment, it is important that clients work towards the completion of their treatment plans and gradually reintegrate into their communities.
How much does treatment cost?
At Resilience, it is our priority to lower client’s barriers to accessing quality mental health care. Over the past year, Resilience has joined the networks of Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield & Health Net (MHN) –allowing clients to utilize their in-network benefits for care. In the coming months, we anticipate joining additional insurance panels such as Blue Shield of California and Magellan. After a brief conversation with our Admissions Team, you’ll be provided a quote for the costs of your care. Generally speaking, clients will be responsible for their out-of-pocket and co-insurance costs as delineated in their insurance policies.
How will I know which Resilience program is right for me?
Resilience offers three levels of care based on acuity and symptomology. The Resilience Residential program is designed for a greater degree of containment and an environment well-regulated to reduce stressors. The Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs consist of day treatment of 6 and 3 hours respectively. Clients programming at either PHP or IOP should be able to commute daily, live without supervision and pose no risk to themselves or others. After completing an assessment with our Admissions Team, clients are provided a clinical recommendation for a level of care and program with their unique therapeutic needs in mind.
What can I expect after graduating from Resilience?
Resilience is at its core a skills-oriented program. The value we provide to our clients should reach its full potential after a client returns to their communities and lives and is better able to cope with stressors and emotional regulation. Resilience also recognizes that mental health can be a lifetime-long struggle. As such, upon graduation Resilience supports clients in scheduling appointments with outpatient therapists, psychiatrists and other pertinent healthcare providers for their continuing care.
