Resilience’s OCD and Anxiety Track

The Resilience Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Anxiety Track is one of the only intensive programs in California specializing in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive and Anxiety Disorders. Resilience’s treatment program is tailored to assist you in learning new ways to cope with ingrained fears in a safe and focused environment. By using highly individualized therapy, we provide clients with long-term coping skills so that they can live a life worth living. We offer OCD treatment for clients along a broad range of acuity levels, including residential care (RTC), Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP).

Using an integrative and evidence-based approach, our therapy modalities work to actualize long-term results for those that are highly motivated to succeed. All of our programs integrate treatment modalities such as Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Exposure Response Therapy (ERP) is the jewel in the crown of our OCD and Anxiety programming as it provides clients with the means to confront ingrained fears and anxieties in a safe and focused environment. ERP involves exposing clients to the source of their anxiety without the intention to cause any danger, but to overcome their anxieties and work through a safe escalation of repeated tolerance.

What We Treat:
-Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
-Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
-Perinatal/Postpartum OCD
-Body Dysmorphic Disorder
-Excoriation Disorder
-Panic Disorder

Our staff has undergone extensive training to specialize in ERP for the treatment of OCD and Anxiety treatment. Primary Therapists will teach supplemental coping skills based on their respective expertise (e.g. Exposure Response Prevention Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical-Behavior Therapy, Family Therapy, Trauma-informed Yoga). Psychiatric services are also offered.
