The Admissions process begins with a confidential call and assessment with a member of the Resilience Admissions team. Assessments are typically about an hour long and are designed to help the Resilience staff better understand your therapeutic needs. Members of our Admissions team are eager to understand your needs and can provide guidance and expertise on the Resilience programs, insurance coverage and how treatment might be appropriate for your needs.
At Resilience, clients are empowered to overcome their obstacles and cultivate emotional well-
being through intensive skills building and therapy. We aim to harness our clients’ inner
resilience at all stages in their journey.
Following your assessment, the Admissions and Clinical teams will work together to make the best placement for you into a Resilience program. Factors such as your therapeutic needs, diagnosis and current symptoms and experiences will guide the team in finding you the appropriate level of care, primary therapist and clinical track. At the same time, our Utilization Review team will begin advocating on your behalf with your insurance provider to obtain coverage for your care.
At Resilience, we understand the importance of collaboration and a multi-disciplinary approach in creating meaningful therapeutic outcomes. Every Resilience client is provided with a therapeutic team, selected to best meet each client’s unique needs. Client’s teams include their Primary Therapist, Family Therapist, Psychiatrist– all of whom regularly consult with the Clinical team to best manage your care.
Once in a Resilience program, you will begin working with your clinical team to cultivate emotional resilience and self-empowerment to thrive. Resilience programming works through a series of transitions from higher to lower levels of care as clients are increasingly supported in their transition to healthy lives. Our skills-based treatment will provide you with the tools to overcome your obstacles, build meaningful relationships and, ultimately, lead to self-actualization.
Resilience takes steps to ensure that your continued growth and emotional well being extends beyond your time in program. Whether returning to the care of an existing outpatient therapist or psychiatrist or in need of a referral for a clinician specific to your therapeutic needs, Resilience strives to find you the appropriate community providers to support you in your continued growth and development. We aim for our clients to carry their inner resilience with them everywhere they go.
